Pros
  1. Intuit Benefits and boundaryless culture
  2. Internal mobility
  3. Salary
Cons
  1. However much they streamline the performance appraisal, there are still strong politics.

  2. If a manager does not like a person, he can rate him low, even though the person has delivered results, met all the goals, and contributed across organizations. It just doesn't matter, and they hide these during calibration.

  3. VP-level people concentrate on building their own resumes rather than appreciating their teams. Some of them don't even know their team members by name.

Advice to Management

If you don't treat the talent right, they will find it elsewhere. You will end up forming a team of trash.
