Intuit is a good company with a strong customer focus. They have very good benefits. People want to do good work there.
This is a very conservative company.
There is not enough innovation around the company.
There is a group of employees who really don't want to change anything.
There is not enough opportunity for people to move around within the company.
Intuit needs a culture change.
Call from recruiter. Scheduled interview. F2F rounds at Intuit Bengaluru office. It was a very long day, 9 am to 6 pm. Offer negotiation over call and email. I joined after 1 month. Overall, the process was seamless and they updated regularly.
Phone call, a 4.5-day session including: * A few interviews * Home assignment * Achievement demo * Home assignment demo * Some coding Focus on: * Stronger together values * Customer obsession * Run the business * Architecture *
First, there was a screen call as you'd expect, followed by a technical interview one-on-one with another engineer. Finally, there was a four-hour long panel-style interview with a couple of engineers, a data scientist, and the hiring manager.
