Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter/talent acquisition who clearly didn't want to be there and was completely checked out and uninterested.
They didn't even care that I was passed over for the next round of interviews, given the lack of energy and interest shown.
Mostly, they bragged about the company's success during COVID for the majority of the time instead of asking questions and facilitating discussion. I barely got a word in edgewise.
