Process
I applied online and received an email to schedule the first phone interview two days later. I got a positive response two days after that.
I had a phone interview within the next three weeks, and then an onsite interview. The HR managers were quite efficient, so I could get a positive response hours after the interview or on the next day. The onsite interview was really tough, involving an algorithmic test and an object-oriented project design test. I needed to prepare to write everything on the whiteboard.
Questions
The OCaml onsite test was really tough. I had no great OCaml experience.
