Process

Hi,

I was interviewed by JP Morgan two weeks back.

The first round was telephonic, and I cleared it. The second round was conducted face-to-face after one week. I cleared that, and HR scheduled the VP telephonic round of interview for the next day. Surprisingly, I didn't receive the call.

So, I called HR. She apologized and said I would be informed if any further rounds needed to be done. I thought I was rejected before giving the VP round of interview.

Again, I was surprised to get a call from another HR to give the HireVue coding test first, then the managerial round, then the VP round, and lastly, the HR round.

By this time, I already felt screwed up, so I lost interest in giving further interviews and informed the same to HR. So, finally, she got irritated and sent an email stating I would not be considered again.

I thanked her for not considering me again, as I will save my days in the future from this company. (It was my dream company, but it shattered badly by the hiring process).

My advice to candidates is to ask clearly from the HR via email about the interview process and then proceed further. After all, it's your time and effort you are investing, so invest wisely.
