Process
Two telephonic interviews, with all varieties of questions (but mostly based on technical skills). After this, I got a call for an onsite interview where two senior members of the team interviewed me.
They asked about my work with my current employer, along with some technical questions for which they asked me to write code on paper.
Questions
Even though I had a banking and financial services background, they were specifically more keen on gauging my understanding of the Global Custody Business and how much I knew about it.
Although I was familiar with the terms that came up in the discussion, I wished I had prepared better.

The team in Seattle is filled with experienced people. In my situation, I am enabled to work autonomously at my own pace, and I have input on my assignments. This will depend on your manager. Very stable employer from a financial standpoint.Cons: This place does not operate like a technology company. Management is very much top-down in a typical bank, large corporate institution setting. Most of the managers are extremely risk-averse; they would rather leave a problem unsolved than risk breaking something.
