I applied online and was approached by the recruiter very soon.
Then, the recruiter set me up with the first round of a technical phone interview with the team. The team was very nice and friendly.
After clearing the first round, they called me for a second and final interview with the Manager. It was both technical and behavioral.
Questions
Mostly asked to describe my current project and then follow-up questions.

Pros: They have respected my PTO and allow me to choose when I'm taking off. The work culture is pretty flexible; no one is checking if you come in late or leave early. Your responsibility is task-based, so how you choose to spend your time is mostly up to you.
Cons: There is very poor documentation, so you have to bother people to get details. Weekends and evenings are not necessarilly respected, but it's only every so often that it's an issue. My manager is so busy that he doesn't really have any sense for how well I've been doing or what I need help with.

Pros: Based on my experience, things change between teams. From the two teams I worked on, these are my notes:
* Work-life balance: Only expect 40 hours per week from employees.
* Job security: Only one person I worked with was ever let go during my three years here.
* Internal mobility: Many open jobs internally for changing teams.
* Good benefits.
Cons: Climbing the corporate ladder can be difficult here. It generally takes time, but working harder or more won't necessarily get you noticed.
Compensation could be better. I ended up leaving for a 50% salary increase at a different company. They will only really raise your salary significantly if you make it known you are looking to leave by having other job offers.
They will also hire new employees with less experience at a higher salary than you.
