Few days later, I received an invitation from a JP Morgan UK-based internal recruiter for a first technical interview. That interview was set up to understand if your candidacy suited the position. Furthermore, some problems were asked to be resolved by building code in your language of preference.

Three days after the interview, I got a phone call from the same recruiter to set up another bunch of interviews. The recruiter was not the happiest person to speak to, and he was unpleasant. After that call, I got invites for another four interviews that were focused on asking technical questions and discussing the projects that I had previously worked on.

The interviewees were pretty nice to talk to, and I had pleasure doing those interviews. However, for recruiters hired at JP Morgan, I would wish them to be more professional and responsive to candidates who spend hours interviewing.

It has been over a month since I completed my interviews with JP Morgan and haven't heard back anything on my application. Furthermore, I have tried to contact the recruiter multiple times but was ignored. I hope you treat your employees better than interviewees.

After completing the interviews, I still have not heard back anything from the recruiters, even though it has been four weeks since I completed the interviews. The interviewees were good, while the recruiters provided poor quality service. I bet I am not the only candidate who spent hours on interviews and never got any response back, showing JP Morgan in a bad light.
