Pros: Okay for early-career folks: an easy job with okay pay, as long as you play along, blend in, and don't stick out.

Cons: An echo chamber autocratic culture where senior executives only focus on keeping their reign. They are super insecure and easily threatened by true technical experts. To survive, you'll need to be mediocre and 1000% managing up (i.e., brown-nosing). Not great for professional growth or career advancement. Many folks who survive here with long tenure are great politicians who won't hesitate to throw you under the bus, so you need to constantly watch your back and stay in Hunger Games mode.

Pros: Brand name and travel facilities

Cons: Biased senior management that does not believe in meritocracy, has zero growth vision, and lacks work-life balance.
