The interview process was pretty easy.
Had a telephone interview which contained some competency-based questions, and the interviewer was just chatting with me about random things.
Then got called for an assessment centre at Raddison Blu Hotel in Glasgow.
The assessment centre contained three interviews: Technical, Competency, and Group.
Technical Interview We were given some code and had 30 minutes to find errors and improvements in the code, then a 30-minute face-to-face interview to discuss the answers and some basic theoretical computing questions.
Competency Interview We were given a strength-based question, and the interviewer discussed the answer. They were just trying to understand our attitude in a professional environment. He also discussed my CV with me and gave some feedback on it.
Group Interview The group task contained discussing the impact of replacing robots with software engineers and then presenting the discussion to the interviewers.
