I got a call through one of the consultancies, NETHR. I attended the interview in Hyderabad on 16.05.2015 as scheduled. There were a total of two technical rounds and one client round. At that time, the client was present at the same location for the client round interview. I cleared all the rounds, and one of the HR representatives told me I would get a call the next week. So, after a couple of weeks, I received an email asking me to send my current company offer letters, hike letters, and 3 months' payslips to continue the HR round. I sent all the documents and received a call from J.P. Morgan HR in Mumbai. She asked about my expected salary. I specified some X% according to market standards and my experience. Then she proposed 28%, and finally, I agreed to proceed with the offer she made. She said she would call me in a week. In the middle of the week, I got an email saying I was not selected for the interview.

I don't know why these kinds of things happen with HR. Moreover, even when we send emails, they are not responding. So, I called NETHR consultancy; they are also not responding to any emails or phone calls.

I suggest not applying through this consultancy. I also suggest that J.P. Morgan HR should respond when people send emails about their status.
