I applied online and got a call from the hiring manager for a three-hour onsite technical test after a phone screening interview. I did the test quite well and was pretty sure I passed all the test cases, but I didn't get a callback and didn't receive any feedback or update from the company.

Three months later, I received a call from a JPMorgan recruiter asking me to do a similar technical test again, but they couldn't find any track record of my previous test. It was a waste of time and a messy process. I was very disappointed with the bank and decided to skip it the second time.
