Pros: Incredibly nice people. I have yet to encounter someone that was not genuinely kind and helpful. Decent starting compensation (over market, but nowhere near FAANG). Established company creates a pretty soft landing for a first dev role. Access to a truly absurd number of trainings, and the education benefit is above par.

Cons: Legacy code and tech is not cutting-edge. In-office requirements, despite there being absolutely no reason to be in the office (the office is nice, though; there's just no reason to be there). The normal bureaucracy that comes with such a large company.
