The interview process is okay and fluent. The first round is a presentation. Then, each person would ask you about machine learning algorithms and some coding algorithms; it's very straightforward. The people are very nice and friendly. I like talking with them. HOWEVER, I guess their HR and entire system are the biggest drawbacks.
First, they scheduled the wrong on-site time. Let's ignore these. It has been almost 5 months, and they haven't even reimbursed my on-site expenses. Plus, the hotel was paid by myself.
I have sent multiple emails to their reimbursement team, and nobody has really responded to me. When the HR talked with me about the offer, I felt like I really didn't matter to them. Very bad system. The technique team is good.
