I was already living in Tokyo.

Four people, individually, 45 minutes each, 3 hours.

It was an even mix of technical trivia, data structures, algorithms, domain knowledge, and communication assessment. Half technical, half chatting about my background and interests.

One guy was very proud of the fact that he had been at the company longer than anyone else in the Tokyo office. The other interviewers were much more pleasant to interact with. They all asked me about the job description and seemed eager to catch me having not memorized it.
