Process
Scheduled on a weekend, there were around 80 folks present to give interviews along with me. JP offered tea and refreshments to all candidates. The process was smooth with no glitches. The interviewer, however, made up his mind that I was overqualified for the job, and no amount of subtle convincing worked in my favor. But no complaints about the process.
