The interview was virtual, and the questions mainly revolved around my interpersonal skills rather than technical knowledge. I was really relaxed during the whole interview process, thanks to it. Their main aim was to filter out candidates for their Code For Good Hackathon. At that hackathon, we had the real selection process, where we were supposed to develop a solution for an NGO within 12 hours, and that too while working with strangers.
