First round: online test of 50 questions (so difficult to crack since we may have up to 3 answers out of 5 with negative marking). Somehow, I managed to clear this round with all the exposure I have from the past 5 years.

Next Technical round: I really have concerns about this round, the way they conducted the interview. I waited for 1 hour in a meeting room after clearing my written test, then the panelist came to take the interview.

But I really did not like the way they conducted the interview process and did not like the way they treated experienced professionals. Even small companies have better processes compared to this.

The written test is a bit tough, since we have more than two answers out of five choices with negative marking.
