A recruiter approached over LinkedIn and spent like 20 minutes in a phone call. The same day, I got an email from another recruiter to set up an interview.
The interview was technical, around Python and Big Data, via a shared screen. A couple of days later, I got another email to set up another technical interview. The interview was very similar to the first one, but with different people.
A couple of days later, the recruiter sent me an email stating the panel was happy to proceed and to set up an HR interview.
The HR interview offered a lower base salary. The worst part of the process was the HR round, as they were not keen to hire at all.
The offer was declined.
