Process
Two technical rounds and one HR round were held on the same day. A salary discussion also took place. However, after one week, they arranged a managerial discussion. The last question the manager asked was about package expectations. After that, they never came back, not even to negotiate the offer. Very bad experience.

Pros: Many opportunities to learn and self-navigate your career through mobility. Interesting challenges with people who are interested in meeting a revolving door of challenges as the bank adheres to increasing government regulations.
Cons: Not a 9 to 5 environment.
Be prepared to work long hours to be very successful.
