Process
On the initial phone call, I outlined my salary range and was told this was within range. I then did a 30-minute screening, a 60-minute tech interview, a 1-hour code assignment, a discussion on the code, and a final tech interview.
All were positive until I had the final interview with HR, who baulked at the salary range, and I never heard back from them. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I'm not sure they know what they are doing.
