I was lucky to work alongside talented colleagues who pushed me to reach my full potential.

Cons: One of the most notable cons was the work-life balance. Like many large organizations, the workload could sometimes be intense, requiring long hours to meet deadlines, which could affect personal time. Additionally, the variability in management quality across different teams sometimes posed a challenge. While many managers were highly supportive, others lacked experience or were not as engaged in providing guidance and development opportunities.
