First, I submitted my documents and applied through their website. Then, I completed three coding tasks in the Coding Challenge section.

I then decided to attend the Code For Good hackathon. The only thing needed was to fill out the form, as I had already completed the first two steps above.

The hackathon was great. I had several 1:1 chats with supervisors there, which happened to be part of the interview. A week or two after the event, I got a technical interview with an engineer from the company and then received an offer two days after.
