In-house mobility opportunities, given exposure to working in different areas based on individual skill sets.
Cons: Salary for existing employees is low in comparison with the market rate.
When the company hires external candidates, they are ready to pay additional money but are not very keen to increase existing employees' salaries.
Work-life balance often gets hit because of a demanding schedule.
