I interviewed for a Software Engineer position. The HR and team were highly unprofessional. Before the interview, they talked very nicely, but do not have the courtesy to respond back if it is negative. They won’t care a bit, no matter how many follow-ups you send. I do not get it. All it takes is for you to update the candidate that the interview was negative, and if possible, a short feedback. So unfortunate, in a company this big, there is no respect and value for an individual.
