Process
On-campus interview split into two 30-minute sessions. The first was technical; the second, behavioral.
The technical interviewer was very cordial, asking about architectural patterns like MVC and some Java knowledge questions. The behavioral was fairly simple, with STAR-type questions.
However, I did later go on to the Code For Good Hackathon, which may have altered my experience. Additionally, you must still do the online assessment regardless of an invitation to on-campus interviews.
