One week later, a video interview was scheduled with the hiring manager (60 minutes), which was great.
Three days later, a second interview was scheduled with the managing director. This one was supposed to be a 1-hour interview but lasted only 30 minutes.
After a long wait of three weeks, and multiple follow-up emails with no one bothering to reply, I got the standard 'we decided to move with another candidate' type of email.
I personally think it was a waste of time, and for those senior positions, you would expect at least some feedback on what has actually happened.
