Worst internship experience of my life
Met really smart college-aged developers that I am still friends with.
- Boss wasn't there for half of the internship; the other half, he was too busy with meetings to answer my questions.
- I didn't feel like the boss was open for questions. He didn't care about my learning; he was more concerned with meetings and completing his work.
- Super corporate atmosphere.
Make sure your new hires are given the attention and learning experience they need during their internships.
