They are constantly wanting to make the shareholders happy and have forgotten about the people that are contributing to the record-breaking profits. Trying to get a new position within Chase is nearly impossible, and many departments continue to lose valuable employees because there are no advancement opportunities. They continue to take and take and take from us while profits continue to rise.
Develop internal candidates, increase pay to market standards, and listen to employee satisfaction surveys. I've seen too many great employees leave because many other employers in the Columbus area are offering a better compensation package for the same jobs.

First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
