Overworked, Underappreciated, Poor Management
The pay was good. The manager worked well with you as far as time off.
Poor communication between managers and employees. Employees overworked with no compensation. No concern for the quality of work; all they cared about was their matrix. No balance between work and personal life. Too much paperwork to get anything done. Witch hunts were common.
They should listen more to their employees and be more open to change.
