Pros

Currently hybrid (trends seem to be trying to get rid of this).

It's a hit or a miss with middle management, and I got lucky that I have decent middle management.

Health insurance is okay.

Cons

Trying to get rid of WFH baffles my mind. When upper management's excuse to force people back to the office is for more in-person collaboration, but everyone is still on Zoom calls, I could be doing the same thing at home.

What is even more puzzling is when that one random team member, who is offsite, is forced to go to the office alone. They track your keycard usage to enforce RTTO.

They limit the financial vehicles you can use, such as stock trading, options, and currency (this is for most regulated financial institutions). It's a hassle to approve every trade I want to make, especially since you need to make a request on the day you want to execute an authorized trade.

If you're in a Line of Business that is not considered a money maker, expect no bonus or next to nothing.

Advice to Management

Let workers decide if they want to WFH.
