Pros

The brand name, great coffee machines, and great office facilities.

Cons

The cafeteria is costly, and exclusionary behavior from leadership intends to kick people out. There are discriminatory influences to corner people so they are set for failure. Most projects are getting outsourced and shipped to India teams. Some teams are very racist to minorities, hiring their own kinds of people.

And there's no such thing as teamwork.

Advice to Management

Train managers to go through ethical workplace training. Inform the team with direction instead of having private meetings and excluding people, which leads to low morale.
