Pros

Generally a good environment to learn and apply new skills, though this may depend on your team.

Cons

Too many unnecessary layers of middle management. Changes are difficult to get signed off. A lot of politics. Full-time in-office working.

Advice to Management

Cut the bureaucracy, and you’ll boost efficiency and cut costs.

Hybrid working was a great solution for employees; bring it back if you want to retain talent.
