- Decent employee benefits, including health care and food allowance.
- Wide opportunity to switch jobs internally.
- No work-life balance.
- Not a supportive culture if you fall sick or meet with an accident. They do not consider any of life's situations.
- Lack of expertise in most of the teams and no transparency. Your manager wouldn't be involved in your project and won't even know what you do.
- They just say there is work hour flexibility, but there is none.
They need to understand their employees well.
