Learned a lot, had a great immediate team & manager, and it was fun to tell people I work at JP.
Chronic under-investment in software/tech means that teams are overworked and assigned deliverables (by leadership with no technical experience and therefore no understanding of the amount of work their asks necessitate) that are difficult or impossible to accomplish with the given resources.
