Sometimes you'll need to spend a lot of your own time to learn new technologies. There are not enough on-site trainings. Promotions can be very hard.
Invest more in promoting people who currently work at the company, so they don’t leave for more money elsewhere or a better title. Most of the time, they do a great job and contribute to the overall well-being of the brand. D&I contribution is important as well, meaning how much are people engaging diverse groups, ERGs, etc.
