Nothing much. The only thing is we can tell others that I am working in a big company.
The onboarding process, both at the company and team level, is pathetic. Even small companies have better onboarding.
I took one week to get an access card and two and a half weeks to get system access. After that, nothing will be in your system, and you need to raise access for many things. Each one will need three to four people to approve. This will take a month, and only then can you start working. After that, you will be expected to complete the work the next day itself because a month has already passed.
