Decently respectful, but distracted manager
They have respected my PTO and allow me to choose when I'm taking off. The work culture is pretty flexible; no one is checking if you come in late or leave early. Your responsibility is task-based, so how you choose to spend your time is mostly up to you.
There is very poor documentation, so you have to bother people to get details. Weekends and evenings are not necessarily respected, but it's only every so often that it's an issue. My manager is so busy that he doesn't really have any sense for how well I've been doing or what I need help with.
VPs that have direct reports should actually have the time to get to know them.
