Stable, good benefits, easy to move internally, good bonus, employee discounts.
Pay was low for the position level. The stock discount was weak. It was political to move up to Executive Director. There were no clear compensation package changes. There were no RSUs or stock grants, even though I held a high management position. Employee appreciation awards and gifts were terrible, and I mean terrible.
We need to lean out a bit in senior management. Foster real creativity internally. Developers are held back and get complacent in their roles. Top levels get paid a ton compared to some other firms, and given the environment, that wasn't a good look.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
Assessment center with two 45-minute interviews. The first one was to learn more about me, what projects I have worked on, and some HR-related questions like what was something that I did wrong/good and what I would have done differently when workin
There were three rounds in total. The first was the Aptitude Test, followed by a technical interview round, and finally an HR round. The aptitude had four sections, each with 20 questions.
