Mostly good, talented people in Chase UK. Benefits are strong. Pay seems to be above average.
The combination of the 3-days-in-office mandate and the unsuitability of 25 Bank Street for such a large workforce makes it very difficult to recommend working here.
There aren't enough desks to go around, and the desk booking app isn't fit for purpose. This leads to chaotic and cramped conditions that aren't conducive to productivity or good morale.
The facilities such as the elevators, canteen, and cafés are also full to bursting. For such a huge and wealthy firm, it's an embarrassment, really.
Your employees are making an effort to return to the office 3 days a week. Please make an effort to make 25BS a fit and proper working environment.
