Great people, but management is draining.
Plenty of room for career advancement, but be prepared to put in 50-60 hours per week of work to have a chance to do so. Great benefits, and the majority of people whom I've worked with there are great to be around.
The more work you do, the more that gets asked of you.
Management is in no short supply, and there are plenty of people looking to get the monkey off of their backs and onto yours.
Stop making everyone a one-trick pony. It's impossible to figure out how to get things done because tasks are so specialized.
