Pros

Able to pay better than most companies. Depending on your team, you should have a good work-life balance where 40-hour weeks are typical.

Cons

Large parts of their tech stacks use custom internal frameworks that leverage open source stuff. It can be difficult to troubleshoot anything that is created internally.

Advice to Management

Allow full-time remote work for employees who want it and have demonstrated they can remain productive. As a software developer, full-time remote work is perfectly fine.
