Regular layoffs, Chase just constantly churns people. It makes for a culture of covering one's tail and subtly tossing others under the bus. You don't have to be faster than the bear; you just have to push someone else down in front of it.
It's very hard to get actual work done. All problems are solved with a software dev. Even though there are many layers of middle management, it can be hard to know what to do and how it should be done because even basic things like getting requirements is like pulling teeth.
Devs will be asked to do things Devs have no business or skill to do.
There are so many meetings, you're unlikely to be able to get your job done during business hours. You'll have to put in some extra hours just to do your job.
Unless you really need a job, I'd work about anywhere else. It's hard to grow skills at Chase. It's hard to be at Chase long-term due to regular annual layoffs. Sooner or later, it will get you.
Raises don't really happen. When they do, it will only be 1% or 2%. I got the top 4% raise once, but you're not allowed to get it twice in a row.
