Almost nothing to say about.
Almost everything I can think of.
I was hired by Cognizant as a contractor to JPMorgan Chase. From the first day of work, there was no proper KT on the project. There was no proper team structure, and no hierarchy in the team. I was hired as a junior-mid level developer, but as soon as I joined the team, I was expected to take ownership of the modules. My Cognizant managers, who have around 12+ years of experience, wanted me to do their work. These managers, with 12+ years of experience, acted as puppets before the client. JPMorgan hired me as a mid-level developer and wanted me to handle everything without proper knowledge transfer. Horrible client to work for. They just fired me, saying I did not meet their expectations. How can I meet the expectations if I have 3 years of experience and they want me to do 10+ years of experienced work?
As I went through third party, there were two rounds of technical interviews. 1st Interviewer: He asked all the basic core Java questions; he was polite. 2nd Interviewer: The interviewer was polite and professional. During the interview, she even t
A simple phone interview with HR validating general topics and English level. Then, an in-person interview with the team leader. The latter seemed more concerned with demonstrating they had better experience and technical knowledge than me, rather t
Super long, exhausting process, at least for this role. Feedback and further interviews scheduled were very slow, with no proper feedback either. This could be from JPMC itself or the recruiting team.
