Money is good for the Greek market.
Chaos.
Dated tech stacks and work practices; it is unlikely you'll learn anything new.
At least a few incompetent leads who will put the blame on their subordinates.
Culture of fear.
Huge bureaucracy made worse by bad tooling.
You have no agency or real say in what or how. You're just a cog in a machine and you'll be reminded of that constantly.
High level of office politics.
Siloism.
A lot of people just trying to get through the day, and I can't blame them.
Management is deaf and busy with their own politics and bonuses.
