Okay place to work
Pay is good and team members were awesome.
Required to go into the office when construction is going on 24/7. Senior members just leave after lunch. It's hard to get higher-ups' attention; there are too many layers of management.
Allow remote work and remove the multiple layers of admin/management that have meetings all day and yet accomplish nothing.
