Large organization with fairly decent benefits. They appear to want to try to promote from within and work closely with the government.
The policy, procedures, and requirements are constantly changing. Work requirements change almost daily. Work is shifted from one region to another almost monthly.
Management should get involved in the actions at all levels. Management should step in and take action when it is needed.
