The pay is very competitive and the stress level is manageable. We also get a lot of PTO (See Con).
Because we have a lot of PTO, a lot of staff members will schedule vacation months ahead. So, you are racing against the clock if you want to take a certain day off. You will be competing for that day off.
The high pay makes us motivated. Thank you for it. You are keeping staff happy and loyal, which is rare for the banking world.
