Flexibility in work schedule. Good pay.
Everyone here is Indian; there is no diversity in the team, hence it's hard for anyone who is not Indian to move up. They do not include you in projects, hence you end up feeling underutilized. Some managers got their positions purely by who they know instead of by merit, with zero tech background, but will micromanage the hell out of you.
Please diversify the team! How can an entire department be led by one nationality/race? Are there no qualified white, Black, or Hispanic individuals?
