Work-life balance is good.
No cons are there as far as I observed.
I only got to the prescreening process, I guess. It starts out with a pymetrics test, which is basically a bunch of small mind games. Then they had me do a coding interview, which was fairly easy, and I passed quite under the 2.5-hour time limit. Des
8 Rounds, which was not needed. Spoke to junior team members as well, which is irrelevant. The US round was delayed multiple times and eventually did not happen. There was no structured approach.
Started with a behavioral video interview asking questions about previous relevant work experience. Next was a pymetrics human benchmark test (very fun!). After going through that, a codeVue coding challenge was sent pretty soon after.
